Yuan-Ti
Located in or near the tomb of the nine gods, Ras-Nsi leads the Yuan-ti cult who seek the return of Dendar the Night Serpent to consume the universe.
The yuan-ti nightmare speaker Fenthaza (see chapter 4) believes that the Black Opal Crown can awaken Dendar the Night Serpent. Fenthaza's constant obsessing has allowed him a weak ability to roughly track its location. This may or may not be delusion.
The crown rests in the maze of death (area 49). ToA p 161
If the characters find the crown, Fenthaza will use any means necessary to obtain it from them before they escape Chult with it.
